10K is ALDL, open is normal, Backup fuell is 3.9K and short is diagnostic
(can use diagnostic while driving and use Check Engine lamp as mixture
indicator...  should flash 50-50 off to on, too rich and it stays on longer
than off and too lean is the other way.)
