That's what my Cross Fire Is.  They (Turbocity) just might be the firm that
got me into doing my own chips, cause they couldn't get close with their
"chips".
I'd have considered your Howell/Holley combination to be about the
same thing (dual throttle body {shared body}).
I, and I'm sure others would like to know what exactly happened with
the 730/Holley set-up.
