No it's proprietary Land Rover.. nothing to do with GM.

Almost.  All sorts of do dads including build in DVOM, touch screen,
printer...etc.  Plus, courtesy of Bill Gates, the ability to crash at critical
diagnostic junctions.
Part of the high cost is that only about 1000 units exist (about  700 for dealers
and about 300 for rotational swap outs on failure)

I'd have to double check on those since I'm not used to referring to them.
