RPM offset for VE Table

the 7747 again so not to confuse anyone

The RPM offset for the VE table (0x37d) is 10 hex = 16 dec * 12.5 =
200 RPM. Well that would lead me to assume that the VE table should
start at 200 RPM and not 400 as it is shown everywhere in the archives
and the 101 pages... Does that mean that the RPM offset uses the 25
conversion factor instead of the 12.5 .. Well if that is true then the
spark table's offset would be 20 hex = 32 dec * 25 = 800 RPM.... So
either the VE table starts at 200 rpm or the spark table starts at 800..
Anyone know which is right, I would tend to believe that the VE table
starts at 200.... but thats just me...
