BL/INT limits, probably have alot to due with the flow characteristics
of the injectors, and what gm considers normal wear and tear.
The oem injectors seem to be rather larger than needed, so with
a min change to BL/INT would handle any normal wear. So when
the limits were reached it would be easy to have a yes/no for a
failure response. Like the IAC, there is probably alot to this that
isn't apparent to the none code readers.
