Do ya want port EFI? Or TBI? For port EFI, how about a mid 90's pre
OBDII 2.2 GM ECM? Parts easy, cheap, and the ECM is tough enough to run
in a bilge compartment... 
If TBI, how about a Mopar 2.2? Again, cheap. 
GM 747 ECM is great and all figured out, can use 2.5 truck TBI, but
probably won't like the high vibration, wet enviroment...
