CO is low everywhere on the lean side of stoic.  NOx is highest at stoic
where combustion temps are highest.  HC is lower as you go leaner until lean
misfire.  Stoic is best for emissions only with 3 way cats.  Without cats,
as lean as possible gives best emissions.
