Actually that run looks very good.
You should be pulling out about 4 degrees.
This means the system is working properly.

O2 is a bit rich though. I got the same problem too.

Wot is not open loop. that has been said before.
If the blm closed to the wot point is below 128 the ecm
sets the blm to 128. If it is above 128 it uses the blm in
the wot fuel equation..
