Thanks for the VATS info

Thanks to everybody who sent me or posted info on bypassing the VATS in the
88 Vette.

I programmed up a chip today with the altered $0014 byte and changed the
checksum accordingly.
Unfortunately I didn't have the car to test it on, but the ECM powered up on
the bench and was putting out injector pulses, spark pulses etc (no inj
pulses with the factory chip, is that right).

Anyway it didn't report any PROM or VATS codes, so I guess it must all be
O.K.
