Actually, it's quite possible to have two calibrations with the same
letters/different numbers.  This is more prevalent in earlier years, and
I suspect there was a plan to keep the same characters and change the
numbers whenever a corrected calibration was released.  BTW, the letters
are the broadcast code, and the numbers are the external ID.

Also, while there are some proms whose part nos match the ID numbers,
this is by no means a rule.  Again, possibly the beginning of a good
idea.
