N-body help needed

I am working on a 92 GM Pontiac Grand Am with the 3.3L V-6 (auto).  It has
developed a miss.  I found and replaced a bad ignition coil and plug wires,
but the problem continues.

This is a DIS? system.  Three coils (wasted spark).  I replaced one coil
after finding the secondary windings were open.  But cylinder #4 (from that
replaced coil) still has a miss.  I scanned the web and noticed rough idle
and ignition misses seem to be common with this car.  Where should I go
from here?  There has never been an engine light (no stored codes).

With this being a common problem, I though this is the place to ask.
