Disassembly steps for Gm ecm eeprom

Hi

I have an 87 suburban I want to disassemble the eeprom. I have not done this 
before so my questions may be basic.

I have an eeprom programmer that I can read the ecm eeprom into buffer. 

What are the disassemble steps from there?

I guess I need a disassembler. I know UMPS makes one for the HC11. Then I 
think I need a program to assign labels?

Any websites that detail this procedure or help would be appreciated.
