MAP sensors read absolute pressure so 1 bar is for atmo engines.  2 bar will
do about 14 psi and the 3 bar will handle 29 psi boost.  A bar is 100 kPa
which is 14.5 psi, a little less than 1 standard atmosphere.  Weather people
will recognize 1,016 millibars as 1 standard atmosphere.
