Diagnosis steps & tools?

Hello,

I had similar problem with a 1990 Integra. The idle bleed screw had been
opened too much and the computer closed the IAC to compensate. It seems
that the IAC was not very linear when only slightly open. The hunting went
away after I reset the bleed screw to spec. and cleared the computer's
memory.
