Most of the earlier PROMs I've looked at used:

0x60 (?) - 3 cyl (not sure about this one)
0x80 - 4 cyl
0xC0 - 6 cyl
0x00 - 8 cyl

I dunno...the down-under and some early to mid-90s North American PROMs I've
looked at recently had weird values in what we normally see in the cyl-sel
byte. I guess they decided to do things a little differently in these PROMs,
maybe?
