Wide Band Lambda Sensor, where can I locate?

This is my first post to this list. I am on digest mode. Nice to join this
group of knowledgeable folks! I am an electrical engineer by profession, but
I am working on an automotive project (in my spare time,haha ) and need a
wide range Lambda sensor for it. The Bosche web site describes a Planer
wide-band Lambda sensor, but all of my calls to their corporation have
proved useless with regards to obtaining a P/N for a sensor that will work
on my vehicle (the electrical connector is not important, I can solder). Any
suggestions as to which vehicles use Lambda sensors with a wide range? I
would like it to extend at least to a 12.6:1 Air/Fuel ratio. I know these
beasts exist.
