Just a note, unless you've done some specific changes to run with TCC
off all the time, do not run continously without TCC on in 4th.  The
oil flow to the cooler is greatly reduced when tcc is off, and the
eventual result is overheat and R+R trans.  I realize you're talking
about 1/4 mile, but it's easy to forget to switch TCC on while on the
street.
