Fel-Pro EFI?

Do you have any experience with the Fel-Pro unit? What are its strengths
and weaknesses? Is it re-programmable? (Not the A/F maps, but the CPU
code) Flash memory?

I'm considering one, as it seems to be one of the most capable units
available.
