Get a copy of the installation instructions for the GM HO 350 retrofit,
they are/were available seperately.  It gives the part no. for the ecm
you want, chip no, KS + ESC module. 
  Then buy Doug Roe's Q-Jet book, the stock jetting even for a stock
engine stinks, IMHO..
