92 cavalier ECM info!?

I need to know what ECM was used in a
1992 cavalier with the 2.2L four banger (8 valve).

And also hopefully what calibration is used, and
if you have any BINs that work with that setup,
please send them.  Or maybe you have a wire harness
from that application.
