Try Barry Grant for the EGT--dunno their price, but always good stuff there.

Any T/C with the same letter code ("K" , for instance) will interchange.
The letter code designates the metal pairing. The trick with EGT T/C probes
is to combine RUGGED with low mass (for quick response). These two
qualities may not happen in the same piece for cheap.
