Hello,
I was thinking of the scheme that I've used to measure the impedence of
NiCads before charging (to find out the condition of the cell). First the
open circuit voltage is measured, then the cell is loaded slightly. Based
on the voltage drop a rough estimate of the impedence can be obtained.
