Rochester Fuel injection system

Sorry, you're out of luck.  According to my 63 vette manual, those
symptoms don't exist.
Actually, if you'd like some pages scanned, will try to accomodate. 
There are 55 in all, so there will be several files.  I have no idea
how similar 68 units are to 63.
