 Mine, which came from an '82 Supra, uses a vacuum type idle kickup
plunger wired to the air conditioning.


-> If it has the idle speed control, is that set anywhere? (apart form
-> the idle speed screw on the throttle body).

 Mine just has the air bypass in the throttle body.
