Camshaft Selection

I got a set of Rhoads lifters way back in 1968.  Trouble is they don't work
as they claim.  Letting lifters leak down only reduces lift, not duration.
Plus, oil viscosity varies greatly in an engine.  If they were a good idea,
OEMs would all be using them.
