If you build ECU6, use the Intel 80C51GB (I think I have a spare if you need
one).  If you want to use another CPU, then go with ECU7.

They don't yet have TPS, and Yes, the coolant temperature protion cal be
removed.  I'm sure you could add MAF, but this would take the place of the
MAP input (and require appropriate modification to the tables).

They are not used - they are just for future expansion.

I have the injectors firing in batch mode, but this is controlled by
software, so you could program them to work in sequential mode.

They are the Most Significan Byte and Least Significan Byte of the duration
for which the injectors are to remain on for.  They are values converted
from miliseconds by the BASIC program.  They feed the appropriate input to
the EFI02 ASM routine.
