Hard to say, could be nostalgia, just something neat, or that it's
the first hi-perf production fi system. Wasn't trying to ruffle feathers,
just couldn't help myself, all I could think about when you mentioned
the caddy engineers, was that crazy auto[matic]-rear-ending 8-6-4
system.

But you are correct, these guys were laying the ground-work for
todays efi systems.
