Sorry for the last misque,

There is a fixed time delay for the injector opening, and closing time, and
that varies by each series of injector (meaning by individual part number).
It's "fudged" into the calibration (particially in the VE table), and also
is explained by the differences in the battery voltage corrections.   Least
this is how it was splained to me.
