AFDY/6022 .bin in incoming

After 3 years of comparing notes, I'm surprised there hasn't been more
disagreement.  

Double checked the bulletin #, 88-180-6e,  shows AMUA as the new prom
for false code 43, 54, 24, plus some driveability issues.  It would be
nice to get a copy of AMUA to look at the differences.
