ROM emulator suggestions?

Hi group,

Would like to know if anyone uses (or has used) and can suggest a good ROM
emulator.  I'm sick of screwing around with external fuel/spark controllers
(A'PEXi Super AFC and Super ITC mostly) and would like to try my hand at
modifying the OEM code.  The application would mostly be on Honda PM6, PR3,
PW0 and similar ECMs.  And please don't tell me to buy a Z-Dyne.  ;-)
