Driver board shipping costs update

I have just about finished gathering shipping costs from the various vendors 
to get the parts to me and shipping costs to each buyer. Hopefully I will 
finish this today and then I will update the driver board buy web page with 
final costs. At that point I will ask for money to be sent in.

I have added two new columns, 'Bulk Pckg.' and 'Addr.'. The first indicates 
orders being shipped in a common bulk package to reduce shipping costs. The 
bulk code followed by an '*' indicates who will get the package and handle 
local distribution. The 'Addr.' column shows who I have received a shipping 
address from.
