Bruce,

You have transistors Q2 and Q3 tied together. Then you have both connected
to +2.5V? I am assuming you meant to connect Q3 to -2.5V instead.

You may have to rethink using an LM124 as a "split supply" ground. It can
only sink about 10mA of current. Even though the typical value is about
20mA, you can not count on that. If you can guarantee that your entire
circuit will not sink more than 10mA, than you will OK. If you ever decide
to redesign the power supply, you can build a rock solid "split supply" for
about $1.00. Same cost of the 7805? You can get two LM317LZ from DigiKey for
$.53 each. These are 100ma variable voltage regulators. Just add a few
resistors and capacitors.
