ANY info about the old Rover (Honda) 1.6 litre engines

Hi All,

I am after any info that you may have related to the old 80s/90s 
Rover/Honda 1600cc engines especially 216Gti. If you have 
ANYTHING even just the approx power/torque or what engine is 
fitted to what I would be grateful.
