which lambda sensor on what car?

Hi All,

Been lurking here a while soaking up info. I will soon be looking for 
a lambda sensor for my setup. It is a carb and all I want to do is 
monitor the mixture. I know the normal Lambda sensors are fairly 
switch like around Storich but I still feel that it is worth having. So 
my question is.

When I go off to dig around the local scrap yard for a sensor what 
make and model (I am in the UK) cars use 3 or 4 wire sensors?
