Netscape will tell you that:

  The requested URL ftp://ftp.diy-efi.org/incoming/: was not 
  found on this server.

>From that you may work out (but perhaps not?) that the trailing colon
in the URL is the problem. Try this link directly...

  ftp://ftp.diy-efi.org/incoming/
