Get the "Ramjet EFI Diagnostic Manual"
I picked one up for about $30.00.
It gives the pn for the tech1 kit for diagnostics.
According to the manual you need an ecm application
cartridge version 3.0 and an aldl cable.
The pn for the ecm app cartridge is 01002445, the Tech
1 ALDL cable pn is 02001180.  The Tech1A cable pn is
02002341.

The only people that I suspect have the software for re-flashing these
are Arizona Speed and Marine and I think it's Scroggin and Dickey
who is selling a ZZ430 Ramjet. (And I am sure they have to reflash to
get the pcm to work with that combo, especially since this thing is non
closed loop).
