ECU Info

I'm trying to determine what code a particular chip on a Honda ECU is written 
in so I can find a proper disassembler.  One chip on the board is the OKI 
MSM80C154 which I have found information about on the www.okisemi.com.  The 
chip that has the fuel and timing stored on is a OKI chip labeled M38256AP-92.

My questions are?
1.) does anyone have experience with these or similar chips?
2.) If I find a disassembler that works on the MSM80C154 will that also work 
on the code on the second chip? Are they both written in the same code?
3.) Has anyone out there done any work on these or have any information on 
disassemblers?
