Pic controlled EGOR

I beleive the EGOR project used simpler electronics to keep the cost and
complexity down for those of us who are not as experienced with
electronics but can "stuff and solder" with some degree of competency.
I'm sure software could both simplify and complexify (?) the project
depending on your viewpoint. 

Of course, if you are able and willing to produce a controller/display
at a price where I can afford it and you make enough on it to keep
making them then sign me up for one
