ngk uego

Ok...just uploaded the ngk uego stuff to the ftp site ftp.diy-efi.org .  the name is
ngk uego.pdf and it's large.  I've only included four pages, but there are more.  Page
7 (not included) includes an intro, the principle of operation, and a small schematic
showing how the current pump works, which keeps Vs at 450 mvolts.  If anyone wants
this page, I'll scan it as well.
