Simple injector questions

I'm about to order injectors for our 600cc Honda F3 engine, the injectors I
am leaning towards now are the 14lb/hr or 15lb/hr accels at

What are the pros/cons of high impedance and low impedance injectors? What
about pintle style vs. disc style injectors?
