NTK, WBO2 resistor

Don't know as we should assume that the resistor in the plug compensates
for the heater variations.  Not having a clue what's inside the sensor
(disclaimer..), I would think that manufacturing variations among the
reference and sensing cells would be more significant.  In mine:

Resistor = 5080 ohm
Heater = 3.0 ohm
