Injector sizes

Can anyone tell me what the flow rate is for the 308 holden injectors in a VN, I
think the number is 280 150 301. Also what amount of HP you can get before needing
bigger injectors.
I am also planning to inject a 360 Chrysler motor, Anyone know where I can get a
port injection manifold for this.
