intake plenum size?

Trial and error.
Period.
It's not just plenum volume, but speed is involved.
The difference in a 4 to 1 hole spacer can be incredible.
Another case of where wood, works.
Make a 1/4, and 1/2 spacers in 1 and 4 hole designs.
then try all 1/4-1/2-3/4 combinations of them.
