Replies to DIY_EFI Digest

<RANT>
When you reply to a digest can't you cut out the irrelevant info and
change the subject to be relevant.
Imagine if we all replied with the entire digest, How big would the
digest get ?, If you reply to a digest most people won't read your reply
because they cannot find it and don't even know what it is about, I know
I cannot tell if "RE: DIY_EFI Digest V5 #515" is of interest to me.
