Which MPU?

Hi guys,

I'm doing some research on which MPU is used by the VTEC Honda ECMs.  After
doing some research on the WWW I've learned that Hondas use one of the
following Oki part numbers:  66201, 66301, 66207, 66507, 66509, 66589.  Can
anyone tell me which specific MPU is used in the Honda P28 ECM?  This is the
one used in 92-95 Civic EX (D16Z6).  TIA!
