Hi Bob,

I don't have any reverse engineering on BIOS but I would suggest checking
several BIOS's for the option to bypass POST.  I have seen it in some but I
can't remember the brand.

How about some info on your HEV.  I built one back in the 80's that I drove
for a few years.  It spoiled me, I don't like the Prius or Insite much.
