Which WB O2 is Best??

It was his response via direct e-mail that irked me. I've known few people
with his ability to mangle a clear and unambiguous statement, and there is
clearly no reasoning with him. So to me he's a spammer.

Another issue that no one has mentioned is that the user's agreement falls
under Contract Law. The issue being the validity of the contract and the
breach thereof. Remedies in contract law are much easier to obtain and
enforce than those under intellectual property principles.

Now let me issue a disclaimer: None of the foregoing is to be taken as a
suggestion that legal action be taken. I have no professional interest in
the dispute, and will not accept financial inducements to participate in the
same.

That being said, I am personally on the side of free exchange of
information, but I do not interpret this situation in that light, as much as
I feel a person should keep their word.

I hate wasting my time responding to his stuff. But alas, just ignoring him,
lets him get away with it.
Somehow, I just can't condon his actions, or just ignore his piracy, and
mistatement of facts about the WB.
