WB O2 Parts Kits

Just a quick note to publicly thank Steve Ciciora for all his work in
sourcing, sorting and shipping the parts kits for the WB O2 sensor.  I
received the kits earlier this week and have just given them a quick check
and they look good.  He did a very nice thing in mounting all the resistors
on a piece of paper printed with the resistance values on it. This alone
will save me a lot of time.
