Honda ECU?

2 questions?

1)does anyone have any information to doing ECU work on Honda's?  I'm not 
looking to drop thousands and buy a full system....I'm looking to do the 
reprogramming myself with the stock ECU.

2)anyone out there who has purchased/used the WB O2 sensor please reply to me
