FW: WB02 Led Display

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Since this was designed by Bruce Roe, does anyone know his email address or
the email address of someone else that built this?
Any info would be appreciated.

While I'm waiting for the parts kit for the WB02 project I was looking
into the 40 led display for this and wondered if there was a board
available for this display or if anyone has designed a board layout? Are
either of these available?
